Omnodex, LLC ("Omnodex," "we," "us," or "our") is a Delaware limited liability company operating primarily from New York, NY. a. Information you provide directly
When you submit a contact inquiry or sign up for updates, we collect information you provide directly. This may include contact information (such as your name and email address), professional context (such as your role, organization type, or current AI tool usage) to help us understand your use case, any message or question you include, and your explicit consent choices at the time of submission. For newsletter subscriptions, we collect only your email address. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to keep you informed about Omnodex products and updates where you have opted in.

Google Analytics & Google Ads

LinkedIn Insight Tag
We use LinkedIn's Insight Tag to track conversions from LinkedIn ad campaigns and to enable retargeting to Site visitors on LinkedIn. LinkedIn may collect data including your IP address, device and browser characteristics, and page events. You can opt out of LinkedIn's retargeting at LinkedIn Ad Settings. HubSpot (CRM)
We use HubSpot to manage contacts and track our relationship with people who reach out to us. When you submit a contact inquiry, your name, email address, and a summary of your form submission are stored as a contact record in HubSpot. Resend (transactional email and contact lists)
We use Resend to send transactional emails, such as acknowledgment messages when you contact us or subscribe to updates. Contact form submitters who consent to marketing communications, and newsletter subscribers, are added to Resend contact lists for future product announcements and updates. Other Third-Party Tools
We may integrate additional analytics, advertising, or marketing platforms as our product evolves. We will update this policy to reflect any material additions. Such tools may independently collect usage data subject to their own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries, demo requests, and waitlist sign-ups.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act):

- Contact inquiries and waitlist sign-ups: our legitimate interests in responding to your inquiry and managing pre-launch business relationships (Article 6(1)(f)), or your consent where required.
- Marketing communications: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
- Site analytics: our legitimate interests in understanding how visitors use the Site in order to improve it (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Advertising and retargeting cookies: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You may manage or withdraw consent through your browser settings or the opt-out tools listed in Section 2. We are implementing a consent management mechanism and will update this section when it is live.
Your rights
You have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., compliance with a legal obligation).

Cross-border data transfers
Omnodex, LLC is based in the United States. Visiting this Site involves transferring your personal data to and processing it in the US, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or other GDPR-compliant transfer mechanisms, when sharing data with our US-based service providers.
How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of the rights above, contact us at privacy@omnodex.com. We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and respond within 30 days. For complex or numerous requests we may extend this by a further two months, in which case we will notify you. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
