Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide directly

When you submit a contact inquiry or sign up for updates, we collect information you provide directly. This may include contact information (such as your name and email address), professional context (such as your role, organization type, or current AI tool usage) to help us understand your use case, any message or question you include, and your explicit consent choices at the time of submission. For newsletter subscriptions, we collect only your email address. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to keep you informed about Omnodex products and updates where you have opted in.

b. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our third-party partners automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and other usage data. This information is collected through cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.

c. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use first-party and third-party cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies: necessary for the Site to function correctly.
• Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it.
• Advertising and retargeting cookies: allow us and our advertising partners to show you relevant ads on other websites and platforms based on your visit to our Site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tool.

2. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising Services

We use the following third-party services, which may set their own cookies and collect data according to their own privacy policies:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries, demo requests, and waitlist sign-ups.
• Send product updates, announcements, or marketing communications (you may unsubscribe at any time).
• Analyze Site usage to improve our content, design, and user experience.
• Serve relevant advertisements on third-party platforms through retargeting.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: vendors who assist us with hosting, analytics, email delivery, CRM, or advertising, operating under data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Omnodex, LLC, our users, or the public.
• With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, with your explicit agreement.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Contact form submissions and waitlist data are retained until you request deletion or until they are no longer needed for business purposes. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention settings of our third-party providers.

Hosted service event data

If you use the Omnodex hosted dashboard, your agent activity is encrypted on your own machine before it is uploaded, and we store only the encrypted data, which we cannot read. Encrypted event data is retained according to your plan: 90 days on Hosted, 120 days on Pro, and as agreed in your contract on Enterprise. If your subscription ends or your account is terminated, its encrypted event data is removed 30 days later. Deletion is permanent: we do not keep backup copies of customer event data. Event data recorded locally by the Omnodex CLI stays on your machine and is not affected.

Account information, such as your email address and billing records, is kept while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act):

• Right to Know: request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: we do not sell personal information. We do share certain data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising; you may opt out by contacting us or using the opt-out tools listed in Section 2.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

• Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or a legal requirement to continue.
• Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
