Omnodex is open-source software under the AGPL-3.0 with a commercial license option. Here's what that means for you.
I'm an individual or home user
Use the Community tier for free, forever. No usage limits, no time limits. The full local pipeline is yours under the AGPL.
I'm using Omnodex internally at my company
Internal use to monitor your own AI agents is welcome under the AGPL. If your organization requires a non-copyleft license or needs support SLAs, a commercial license is available.
I want to use Omnodex in a product I sell
Under the AGPL, you must share your source code (including modifications) with your users. If you prefer not to, a commercial license covers embedding, OEM, and SaaS use cases without copyleft obligations.
I want to contribute
Contributions are welcome. All contributors sign a one-time CLA so that contributions can be distributed under both the AGPL and the commercial license. See GitHub to get started.
